The New Voices Fund exists to empower women of color entrepreneurs to reach their full potential
Women of color are leading the charge in establishing new businesses. In spite of great potential, unprecedented educational achievements, and "putting in the work", they frequently do not have access to the resources needed to advance and grow their businesses.
That's why we created New Voices Fund, a groundbreaking initiative designed to level the playing field by providing women of color entrepreneurs with resources, including capital, networks, and training, they need to excel.
New Voices Fund is committed to scaling the Fund to $100 Million to deliver unprecedented impact by ensuring our entrepreneurs learn, grow and thrive for generations.
Our goal is to over-serve the underserved with the creation of a highly efficient fund that helps high-potential entrepreneurs incubate early-stage ideas, scale existing businesses, and qualify for equity investment in developed businesses.

We are committed to driving transformative growth in our communities for generations to come. That means more than just financial support for businesses; it means enabling and empowering women of color entrepreneurs to own and lead socioeconomic growth, wealth creation, and social change. The New Voices Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit arm of the New Voices Fund, aspires to create a society and economy that supports and values entrepreneurial women of color for the significant positive, innovative contributions they make and will continue to make in the future. The Foundation will do so by offering resources to support New Voices entrepreneurs in achieving their vision through leadership development, skill-building, networking opportunities, and more. These and other innovative leadership initiatives will be offered at no cost to our entrepreneurs.
